Where are the products manufactured?
Every step of our process is completed in Alberta. This includes our team, production, manufacturing, packaging, shipping. It is important to us to bring work and manufacturing to Canada.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We are going to expand to other countries in the future. If you are interested in ordering products outside of Canada and the United States feel free to reach out to us and let us know what country you are from. We may use expressed interest to influence which countries we expand to first in the future.
what is your return policy?
We have a responsive support team that is happy to discuss any problems or concerns you have with your order. Reach out to support@covenanttoolcompany.com with your order number and the reason for your return request and we will get back to you with next steps.
How long does it take for products to ship?
Our goal is to have your order shipped within a week of it being placed. This time may vary slightly depending on the current demand. You will be notified once your order has been shipped and provided with a tracking number from the shipping carrier.
what inspired your name?
Our company is built on a deep Christian foundation that is reflected in our name. Covenant means “an agreement or contract.” In Christianity the “new covenant” is the promise that we can be saved, and our sins forgiven through Jesus’ sacrifice, if we accept him as our Lord and Savior; and as such we strive to live our faith through our company in accordance with His word, and for His glory. It is our long term goal to use our company as a means by which we can do His will in help those in need in our community and beyond.
