Where are products manufactured?
Every step of our process is completed in Alberta. This includes our team, production, manufacturing, packaging, shipping. It is important to us to bring work and manufacturing to Canada.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We are going to expand to other countries in the future. If you are interested in ordering products outside of Canada and the United States feel free to reach out to us and let us know what country you are from. We may use expressed interest to influence which countries we expand to first in the future.
what is your return policy?
How long does it take for products to ship?
Our goal is to have your order shipped within a week of it being placed. This time may be a few days faster or slower depending on the current demand. You will be notified once your order has been shipped and provided with a tracking number from the shipping carrier.
